Corin Edwards

I've been attending Graham Memorial since my freshman year of high school in 2012. In fact, I showed up to the youth group pretty soon after the move, broke my arm while playing musical chairs, and still decided I wanted to come back!

I've served a number of different roles in the youth program including being a summer intern, a Big-5 leader, and worship leader. I also have sung in the choir and play music on Sundays. After more than a year “off,” I cannot wait for choir to be back in session. I have a bunch of different hobbies, playing music, going golfing (though not well), and playing board games with my friends.

My family were also members of Graham Memorial while they still lived here and most people probably remember my dad, Jim Edwards, for wearing kilts and playing guitar. I'm the youngest of four and my older siblings all live up in northern California. My dad is in the Navy so my parents are currently stationed in Hawaii. They swing by to visit Graham every chance they get!

As a child, my dream job was to be an architect, but growing up I realized that wasn't for me. Now, my dream job is to teach high school math or physics. I currently work as the manager of Geppetto's Toys in La Jolla.

I use Sensodyne toothpaste because I have made some awful decisions regarding my dental health that may be related to an ice cream eating competition. If I could go back in time and meet anyone, I would probably go back and meet a founding father, possibly Jefferson. I'd just like to discuss topics from a more modern perspective.
